More Thoughts and Images...
In the Youtube video I created I talk a little about the Fuji x100f and share images that I have made with it. Here, I want to touch on a few things that I did not really go over in the video. First, I would like to mention that there are quite a few accessories that can be bought for the x100 series such as: thumb grips, various lens hoods, and soft shutter release buttons. These have both aesthetic and functionality benefits. The Fuji line of cameras are also known for the film simulations. I've played around with various film simulations over the few years that I have had the camera, and in all honesty most of them are good. Each simulation just depends on the look you are going for. Also, there are other photographers who have created their own simulations. I have adopted a couple of simulations from photographer Reggie Ballesteros. I would also like to touch on build quality. While some cameras of this type seems more cheaply made the x100 series is very well built for the price point and target audience they are aimed toward. It seems as thought each generation has improved as well. If you are interested in this line of camera, do your research. While each generation has had improvements implemented they are all great cameras, I recently watched a video by Mattias Burling on the Fuji X100S model. Check out his video if you get a chance. If you are interested in purchasing a copy I recommend purchasing used from KEH , Used Photo Pro , or MPB. Here are a few images of my kids and nephew that I made with the Fuji x100f as well as the Youtube video I posted.
